FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers so you can decide if Console Flip fits your workflow.

Which consoles are supported right now?

Allen & Heath dLive and SQ. The transfer map above lists exactly what we read and write today.

What should I do with my converted show?

Open the converted show in the official offline editor first. Check that it looks sane, then re-save before loading it on a desk.

How do I upload an Allen & Heath SQ file?

Zip the entire SHOW#### folder and upload that zip. The folder name is a number, this number is displayed next to the show name on the desk or MixPad Shows screen.

How do I load my downloaded zip into the SQ MixPad Editor?

Unzip it to get a folder called "SHOW0000". Renumber it if you need to avoid clashing with an existing show folder.

How much of the show transfers?

Check the transfer map table above — that list is exactly what moves today.

When will you support more consoles?

We're adding more consoles as soon as we can test them properly. Check back soon!
